Boyup Brook is set to come alive on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 October from 10am to 3pm when they hold their Blooming Wild Weekend, an annual uniquely quirky celebration of all things big, small and cute that is collectable, arty and crafty.
Event organiser, Lyn Willett, from the Boyup Brook Tourism Association is encouraging locals and those from surrounding areas in the South West to mark the weekend in their diary and take this opportunity to ‘Wander out Yonder’ to Boyup Brook.
“Boyup Brook is well known as a quirky little town and our Blooming Wild Weekend will showcase it all,” said Mrs Willett.
“There’ll be something new for everyone to explore, vintage vehicles to the weird and wonderful miniature car models, train set and houses, teapots and pig collectables.
“We’ll also have working artists in Abel Park and a bus tour out yonder in our stunning natural environment to discover our diverse range of Wildflowers.”
